MyKickSpot.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the MyKickSpot Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

1. You must be at least 13 years of age apon signing up for MyKickSpot.com. If you are found to be under the age of 13 years old, your account will be removed from the MyKickSpot.com website without warning.
2. MyKickSpot.com may be down from time to time for special upgrades and / or maintance. MyKickSpot.com cannot inform any of its users before hand of some of the upgrades as it may ruin the suprise for once the site is back up.
3. MyKickSpot.com is not responsible for any users postings on their profile or on the actual jokes. MyKickSpot.com cannot and does not control the behavior of the users on this site. The views of one user may differ from the views of MyKickSpot.com and its other users. MyKickSpot.com respects the views of one user, but may not agree with that user. User is expected to control how much info about themselves they would put within their profiles on MyKickSpot.com. MyKickSpot.com is not associated with any type of transactions, or other form of trading between one person to another.
4. MyKickSpot.com prohibits the postings of any form of pornography, hate, drug use, violence, and any thing that could be consider unlawfull. Any content that falls under that can and will be removed without warning and can also terminate User's MyKickSpot.com account.
5. MyKickSpot.com strongly opposes SPAM which is all over the internet. MyKickSpot.com WILL NOT tolerate any form of SPAM within the site. If MyKickSpot.com finds you to be Spaming any kind of content that would and could be considered as SPAM you're account will be deleted, and you IP adderess will be blocked IMMEDIATELY.
6. MyKickSpot.com also prohits the posting of SPAM that could be meant for MyKickSpot.com users to go to your site, UNLESS the users posting the HTTP adderess to their site has the written consent of a MyKickSpot.com employee.
7. Any kind of postings on MyKickSpot.com is not private. Once the user (YOU) post something on MyKickSpot.com it becomes MyKickSpot.com's property. Which in turn means that it cannot and will not be posted on any other site UNLESS it has permission from MyKickSpot.com employees and the user (YOU). In most cases, as long as the user (THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR) agrees with providing other sites their hard work MyKickSpot.com will agree.
8. MyKickSpot.com is NOT a place for you to host your pictures. We also have bandwidth limits, just like any other site out there. If you need a good and quality hosting, I highly suggest using photobucket.com as they will not delete your images once you've reached you maximium banwidth limit. You could also get a paid account and then not even have to worry about bandwidth limits.

MyKickSpot.com hates and discourages SPAM e-mails. With that being said MyKickSpot.com WILL NOT give any third parties any users e-mail adderess.
IP Adderesses
MyKickSpot.com stores a users IP adderess, in the event that if that user has failed to follow any of the statements listed within the Terms Of Use, to ban that user from visiting MyKickSpot.com. Once a user is banned THERE IS NO COMING BACK.
Data Stored From A User
MyKickSpot.com gives each user the ability to change any of the data they provided to the site within their Update and Edit account page.
